Location: County Monaghan, Ireland
Salary: €38,000 – €42,000
Hours: Day Shift | 40 Hours per Week
Overtime: Available During Seasonal Periods

You’ll be working with bespoke machinery, ensuring equipment runs like clockwork and helping to deliver top-quality food products across Ireland and beyond.
 

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

• Maintain and service a wide range of plant and production machinery
• React quickly to breakdowns and ensure timely, documented repairs
• Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager to implement and improve Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules
• Support production planning by ensuring equipment reliability
• Maintain detailed and accurate maintenance records

 
Maintenance Technician Experience:

• Experienced Maintenance Technician with a background in plant, production, or special-purpose machinery
• Electro-mechanical skillset, strong fault-finding and repair experience
• Exposure to PLC systems is a plus (not essential – training can be provided)
• A proactive team player with a can-do attitude and willingness to upskill
• Relevant technical qualifications or certifications preferred
