Syntech Recruitment are looking for a Maintenance Technician for a SME Sub-contract client of ours based out of County Clare. The successful Maintenance Technician will ideally have experience in a similar sub-contract environment and will have experience troubleshooting and repairing CNC Machines. This role ahs the potential to develop into a Maintenance Manager position within a few years, so the ideal candidate will have a drive to push on in their career.
Maintenance Technician Duties:
Carry out planned maintenance on all equipment/machinery
Actively identify and remedy equipment maintenance issues to maximise production
Servicing Mechanical, electrical and other equipment as required
Maintain a high level of Cleanliness and follow GMP at all times
Always keep production departments updated with equipment issues and downtime
Maintenance Technician Qualities:
Maintenance Technician experience (ideally inside a Sub-contract environment)
Experience repairing and troubleshooting CNC Machines
Ability to work with multiple drawings and hand tools
ISO knowledge beneficial
A drive to become a Maintenance Manager within a few years
