Our client, a Manufacturing & Maintenance business serving the food processing industry are currently looking for an experienced production controller to manage and implement the company MRP (sage) system and work with the stores department and procurement department to progress parts through the business and follow up on quotations.
Production controller duties:
As a production controller you will be a vital part of the business ensuring parts are moved through the workshop in a timely manner, liaising with customers, managing the SOP for the business, ensure effective management of the company MRP system (SAGE). The successful Production controller will have the full support of management and the shop floor to ensure customer orders are expedited in a timely manner. |
Knowledge and Experience:
Required:
- MRP knowledge
- IT skills including MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook.
- Raising work orders, customer account management and administration knowledge.
- Positive attitude with a "can do" approach to work.
