Location: Andover
Monday – Thursday: 08:30 – 17:00 , Friday: 08:30 – 15:30

As a Production Operative, you will play an important hands-on role in the assembly, soldering, and testing of Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBAs). Working as part of a collaborative production team, you’ll use both manual techniques and automated equipment to help deliver high-quality electronic products used in critical sectors such as Aerospace, Medical, Defence, and more.

Production Operative Responsibilities:

· Assemble PCBs and electronic products in line with work instructions and SOPs

· Perform hand soldering to IPC standards (training can be provided)

· Clean PCBs after soldering, using approved processes and materials

· Operate automated and semi-automated equipment for production and testing

Production Operative Requirements:

· Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production

· Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work

· Good manual dexterity and ability to work with small components

· Comfortable working to targets individually and within a team

· Flexible and willing to support different areas of production
