Production Supervisor

Location: Andover
Salary: £37,000
Hours: Day Shift | 38.5 Hours per Week
Benefits: 22 days holiday, plus Bank Holidays

About the role Syntech Recruitment are partnered with a recognizable Electronic Manufacturer who are looking for a motivated Production Supervisor to take ownership of a production area, support a skilled team, and play a key role in quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

You’ll make a real impact every day and help shape how the team performs and grows.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, support and motivate a production team daily
• Drive workflow, output and quality to meet targets
• Support training, development and performance reviews
• Encourage a positive, safe and high-standard working environment
• Problem-solve, improve processes and contribute ideas
• Work closely with Engineering and Quality on improvements and issue resolution

What We’re Looking For

• A confident people-leader with strong communication skills
• Someone who enjoys developing others and leading by example
• Able to make decisions, stay organised and handle a fast-paced environment
• Experience in a production or manufacturing setting
• Knowledge of production processes and quality standards

Bonus: Experience with Prod-data / 123 Insight & IOSH or leadership training
