Quality & Compliance Engineer
Are you an experienced Quality Engineer, familiar with IATF 16949 standards? As a Quality Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring correct standards are implemented and monitored at all times, especially for IATF 16949.
Location / Hours:
You’ll be based close to Worthing, East Sussex five days per week; you’ll need to be able to drive there and hold a UK driving license. Free parking available. One day WFH a week.
37.5 hr week (8:30am – 4pm core hours)
Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate internal audit program for QMS, ensuring adherence at all times and implementing new standards as required
- Carry out internal audits to IATF 16949 standards
- Support external audits
- Update and maintain documentation such as PFMEA, Process Flows & Control Plans etc
Requirements:
- Proven understanding of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001
- Internal auditing experience, ideally with IATF 16949
- Good conflict resolution skills within quality environments
- Already qualified IATF 16949 Lead Auditor is ideal but can be put through by company
- Experience in quality for production assembly is ideal but not essential
