​Quality Inspector

Salary: €15 per hour
Hours of work: 8am  - 4:30pm Monday - Friday
Job Type: Permanent
Location: Midlands, Ireland

We at Syntech Recruitment are pleased to offer an opportunity for a driven quality inspector to join a highly regarded engineering business based in Longford, Republic of Ireland.
As the quality inspector, you will be required to carry out regular inspection of machined parts along with first article inspection reports.

Quality inspector duties:

• Carrying out inspection of machined components

• Carrying out first article inspection reports (FAIRS)

• Using CMM

• Signing off inspection sheet once full inspection report is complete

• Carrying out regular patrol inspection

• Following all H&S procedures as required

The Profile of a successful Quality Inspection:

• Experience with quality inspection hand tools (ideally to AS9100 standards)

• Experienced with document measurements on FAI drawing

• Report writing knowledge/skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Have some experience with calibration
