·        Manage client expectations throughout the recruitment process, ensuring on time delivery and professionalism throughout the process

·        Foster strong partnerships with clients to promote repeat business and long-term relationships

Candidate Sourcing:

·        Utilise various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, referrals and networking events to identify and qualify candidates

·        Screen CV’s, conduct candidate interviews and assess suitability based on skills, experience and fit.

·        Facilitate the interview process, coordinate feedback and negotiate offers to secure successful placements

·        Provide ongoing support to candidates and clients throughout the onboarding process and beyond.

Admin & Reporting:

·        Maintain accurate records of client and candidate interactions and all recruitment related activity on our CRM/ATS system

·        Prepare regular reports and performance metrics to track sales and activity targets, KPI’s and business development activities

·        Ensure compliance with GDPR and all legal and regulatory laws

What are we looking for:

·        Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant ideally within the Engineering, Manufacturing or Technology sectors

·        Demonstrable track record of success in new business development

·        Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills

·        Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport and convey information effectively

·        Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on exceeding targets and delivering exceptional service

·        Knowledge of recruitment techniques and sourcing strategies

·        Proficient in using recruitment software, ATS/CRM etc

·        High attention to detail
