Sales Engineer - Aircraft interior manufacturing

• Up to £40k DOE
• 25 days holiday + BH
• 5% pension

Syntech Recruitment are pleased to bring to market an exciting opportunity for a talented Sales Engineer to work for one of Europe's leading aircraft interior manufacturing business, based out of our clients HQ in Oxfordshire, the successful project engineer will be involved in the day to day management of customer's accounts, managing RFQ's, working with internal departments to ensure on time delivery is met and to maximise business opportunity while attending trade shows.
Managing programmes from 2 week to 18-month turnaround, this will be fast paced, all involved role and would suit someone with a background in bespoke manufacturing within an aerospace interiors business.
The role

• Be responsible for progression of all customer sales enquiries once received by the company.
• Ensure all customer RFQs and quotes are responded to in line with customer expectations
• Working closely with Engineering, Development and production departments, ensure all sales projects are progressing to agreed timelines
• Manage the day to day interface with customers
• Maintain customer contacts database
• Assist with sales forecasts and budgets

The person
The successful candidate will be a self-motivated, results driven individual capable of working within a close team, but also demonstrating initiative as required.
An experienced sales administrator with significant experience in:

• Managing customer quotes and RFQs which include bespoke technical solutions
• Working closely with multiple departments to achieve customer requirements
• Working to strict customer deadlines
• Managing multiple customer programmes
