Our market leading client is seeking a proactive Sales Manager to expand their market presence and drive revenue growth. You will be commercially driven with proven experience in sales and

business development and ideally have a background in construction or the interiors sector. This role will involve managing existing clients and identifying and pursuing new business opportunities

Sales Manager Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across developers, architects, contractors and designers

• Manage and grow existing clients accounts ensuring excellent customer service and repeat business
• Estimate costs from architects and technical drawings
• Prepare and submit detailed quotations and follow up to close sales
• Liaise with production, procurement and project management teams to ensure project feasibility and delivery

Desirable Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of sales or business development experience within construction, stone or materials sectors
• Proven ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, blueprints and specifications 
• Solid experience in estimating and performing takes-offs
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
• Experience of working with high-end or bespoke fit-outs
