Senior Sales Engineer
Location: Witney, Oxfordshire
Salary : £35,000 base with OTE
Benefits: 23 days holidays plus Bank Holidays

Job Description

Syntech Recruitment are currently working with a long standing client who are looking for a Senior Sales Engineer
to join their established team. You will be working alongside the Sales Director to meet annual sales targets, work with the marketing
team to plan and arrange exhibitions and shows and to visit clients on a monthly basis.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop products through insights from market and customer buying behaviours
• Defining the key features and requirements of the product based on customer preferences
• Managing the sales and marketing budgets
• Creating project timeline and implementation schedules
• Weekly and monthly reports
• Conducting competitor research to learn more about customer requirements
• Identifying and approaching potential distributors
• Developing global sales strategies
• Product launches
• Pricing, product margins and growth

About you

• 2 years plus in technical sales and marketing
• Knowledge of Sage 200 would be an advantage
• Experience in Cryogenics would be very useful
• Good communication and written skills
