Site Installation Engineer

Location: Meath, Ireland
Rate: €23 – €25 per hour (overtime available)
Hours: Monday – Thursday 08:00 – 17:00, Friday 08:00 – 13:00

Syntech are looking for two Site Installation Engineers to support the delivery of complex engineering projects across Ireland. You’ll need to be confident working on live sites, with a strong commitment to quality and Health & Safety. Site Installation Engineer Responsibilities: · Assist in the installation of mechanical systems and structural components on client sites
· Work closely with project managers and site supervisors to ensure smooth installations
· Follow engineering drawings and specifications with precision and attention to detail
· Comply with all Health & Safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment
· Maintain and operate hand tools and site equipment as required
· Carry out minor mechanical adjustments and testing on installed systems
· Support logistics on site, including materials handling and basic record-keeping
· Travel to various customer sites across Ireland as part of the installation team

Site Installation Engineer Experience: · Previous experience in site-based mechanical installation or construction work
· Comfortable working in a physically demanding, team-oriented environment
· Strong awareness of site Health & Safety practices and safe working procedures
· Ability to interpret basic technical drawings and follow method statements
· Welding, metal fabrication, or rigging skills are an advantage
· CSCS, Safe Pass, or Manual Handling certs preferred (or willingness to obtain)
· Full Driving Licence and willingness to travel nationwide
