Stainless Steel Fabricator

Syntech Recruitment are partnering with an experienced Stainless Steel Fabrication firm and we are looking for a permanent, full-time Fabricator/Welder.

This is a small, skilled team where the quality of your work matters. You’ll be fabricating to the high surface finish and weld quality standards that food-grade and pharmaceutical clients demand — varied work, long-term stability, and a genuine craft environment.

Stainless Steel Fabricator Responsibilities

· Fabricate stainless steel tanks, vessels, and components directly from technical drawings

· Perform TIG welding as the primary process; MIG and Stick welding as required

· Operate press brakes, saws, drills, and other fabrication machinery to cut, shape, and form parts to tolerance

· Work independently on own initiative and contribute effectively as part of the fabrication team

Stainless Steel Fabricator Requirements

· Proven hands-on experience in stainless steel fabrication

· Competent TIG welder — this is the core process for this role

· MIG and Stick welding ability an advantage

· Able to read and work from technical engineering drawings

· Experience with press brakes, saws, drills, and fabrication power tools

· High attention to detail, food-grade and pharmaceutical fabrication demands clean, precise output

· Self-motivated and reliable; comfortable working in a small, close-knit team

· Right to work in Ireland

Highly Desirable

· Experience fabricating tanks or vessels for dairy, pharmaceutical, or food sectors
