Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Wokingham            
Salary Range: £30,000
Shift Pattern: Day Shift (08:30am – 5pm)

Syntech Recruitment are currently on the lookout for a for a proactive Warehouse Supervisor to take charge of our clients stores area in their Wokingham facility.

Warehouse Supervisor Responsibilities:  

• Managing daily operations to ensure timely receipt and dispatch of goods
• Leading and developing a team of warehouse operatives
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and stock control systems
• Conducting regular safety and equipment checks in line with health & safety regulations
• Enforcing company policies and maintaining high workplace standards
• Collaborating with internal departments to streamline logistics and workflow

Warehouse Supervisor Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 2 years in a warehouse supervisory or managerial role

Licences:

• Counterbalance Forklift Licence (Essential)
• Pivot Steer (Bendi/Flexi) Forklift Licence (Preferred)

Skills:

• Strong leadership and communication abilities
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure
• Solid understanding of warehouse health & safety practices
