CNC Miller

• Monday to Friday, days and shift
• 1 week 7am - 2pm, 1 week 3pm - 11pm (Early finish on Fridays)
• €16ph - €20ph + 20% shift when on shift
• Overtime

We at Syntech Recruitment are recruiting a CNC Miller for our precision client based out of County Carlow. As a CNC Miller, you will be programming 3 axis Hurco mills using Solidworks/HSMWorks producing one off, precision jigs and fixtures for the Medical industry. You will also be able to work on manual machinery also.

CNC Miller duties:

• Programming 3 axis Hurco mills for Medical Jigs & Fixtures
• Programming using Solidworks/HSM Works
• Liaising with operators and engineering team to ensure smooth running of component production
• Producing first off and prototype parts for the Medical industry
• Completing your own self inspection when required

CNC Miller Profile:

• Experience working in a high precision manufacturing environment (Aerospace or Medical ideally)
• Experience running/operating 3 axis Hurco machinery (other 3 axis mills considered)
• Proven experience with Solidworks programming (Other packages considered but Solidworks / HSMWorks ideally)
• Passion to learn and grow within a ever-growing company
• Good ability to keep pace within a fast manufacturing environment
