Syntech are looking for an ambitious Apprentice Electrician to join our industry leading engineering client in Waterford, Republic of Ireland. The successful apprentice electrician will be an integral part of the team and you will work directly alongside one of the senior engineers learning on the job and wiring panels. Apprentice Electrician duties:

• Learning industry instrumentation wiring
• instrumentation operation
• PLC control & instrumentation hook-up
• pneumatic solenoid terminal operation and testing

• You will learn PLC brand and associated programming - Siemens, Allen Bradley, DeltaV

Your Profile:

• Energetic, hard working and a willingness to learn
• Positive/Flexible Approach
• Capable of taking on 'hands-on' tasks
• Excellent Communication Skills
