CNC Grinder

Salary: Circa £38,000 p/a (day shift) Circa £48,000 (Twilight Shift)
Hours: 40hours a week.
Day Shift (8am - 5pm Mon to Fri)
Twilight Shift (3pm - 11pm & 1pm - 7pm on Friday) Starting on Days
Job Type: Permanent
Location: White Waltham, Maidenhead
Benefits: 25 days holiday plus bank holiday, private healthcare, onsite parking, premium overtime rate.

Syntech Recruitment are looking for a CNC Grinder Setter Operator to work for a prestigious automotive client in the Maidenhead area. You will be setting and operating Jones & Shipman 1300X, Studer S40, Studer S145, Jones & Shipman Techmaster 634 surface grinder machines.

CNC Grinder Duties:

• Machines include: Jones & Shipman 1300X, Studer S40, Studer S145, Jones & Shipman Techmaster 634 surface grinder
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
• Produce programmes on the machine as and when new products arrive
• Loading and unloading parts onto machines
• Actively provide details of changes to correct /improve production of parts towards improving machining performance
• Use of manual measuring equipment
  

CNC Grinder Profile:

• 3-5 Years relevant production experience
• Experience of Grinding Operations
• Willing to work shifts and unsociable hours
• High attention to detail
• Required to work overtime in line with company needs
