As a CNC Operator, you will play a key role in the production of custom joinery components, working within a company committed to craftsmanship, precision, and detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machinery to produce custom wood components to exacting specifications
• Perform maintenance and calibration of CNC machines to ensure optimal performance
• Interpret joinery blueprints, understanding the nuances of custom woodwork production
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality, ensuring the highest standards
• Collaborate with team members on process improvements for efficiency

Requirements

• Proven experience in CNC operation, preferably in a joinery environment
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings specific to bespoke joinery
• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality workmanship
