Production Manager

• €60k - €65k

Syntech Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting a Production Manager for a client of ours based out of County Clare, Republic of Ireland. This client is a sub-contract Aerospace / Medical company, with this role involving looking after the whole of production (CNC, Finishing, Welding etc)

Production Manager Duties

• Create a positive culture of hitting targets on time, regularly
• Create and manage load capacity to ensure work is completed on schedule
• Analyse all part drawings and determine how they need to run
• Manage H&S in all areas
• Ensure the overall efficiency and effectiveness of team and all equipment
• All post-build processing and finishing activities
• Ensure technical support is available for production
• Manage staff holidays to ensure full capacity can be reached

Production Manager Profile

• 5+ years experience required in a manufacturing management environment, ideally within an Aerospace/Medical/Automotive background
• Experience reading technical engineering drawings
• Good man-management skills
• Experience of hitting KPIs and hitting set targets on a consistent basis
• Knowledge of CNC Machining is beneficial
