Production Supervisor

• 5pm - 11:30pm shift

Syntech Recruitment are searching for a Production Supervisor to run our medical clients brand new evening shift on their site in Wokingham. Managing a team of 4-5 staff, you will be required to ensure production targets are met and report any issues/difficulties to management.

Production Supervisor Duties

• Manage workload and production targets for the evening assembly shift
• Look after 4-5 members of production team
• Ensure safety standards are kept to at all times
• Provide reports to management on performance
• Ensure production times are met by all staff

Production Supervisor Profile

• Previous supervisory experience inside a production/management environment
• Knowledge of KPI's and SOPs
• Willing to work a 5pm - 11:30pm shift
• Assembly experience would be beneficial but not essential
