HOT Engineering & Manufacturing Perms division seeking strong Recruitment
Team Leader to grow the business, develop and manage the resource team

delivering solution’s and results with an enviable client base of SME’s and
corporates.

The Role of Team Leader

• Manage and accelerate a small existing team of consultants within the Manufacturing and
  Engineering market.

• This will be a billing leader so will be expected to manage and build up your own desk whilst
  developing and mentoring existing members of staff.

• You will play a key role in account management and business growth

• Responsible for individual and team sales targets

The candidate

• Role would suit an existing team leader. We may consider a senior recruiter looking for more
  responsibility and an opportunity to manage and build a team

• Have 3+ years recruitment experience (Engineering and Manufacturing market would be ideal)

• Consistently strong billing track record (minimum £120k) with a strong target hitting mentality
  

• The ability to generate new business from scratch

• Some leadership or team management experience
