CNC Milling Operator

We are seeking an experienced CNC Milling Operator to join our client, a leading precision engineering company. This role is ideal for those with experience in CNC Milling, particularly with 3/5 axis milling centres. You will be responsible for ensuring machines run efficiently and produce high-quality components while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC Milling Machines according to production schedules, ensuring maximum capacity.
• Correctly clamp and set up component parts to prevent machining issues.
• Machine components to specifications, ensuring accurate tolerances.
• Conduct quality checks as outlined in job packages.
• Maintain housekeeping and adhere to Health & Safety regulations.
• Ensure compliance with AS 9100, ISO 9001, and SC21 standards.

Desirable Skills:

• 2-3 years’ experience with 3/5 axis milling centres (HAAS/DMG).
• Strong knowledge of machining processes and tooling.
• Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills.

• Positive attitude, responsible, and conscientious.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new skills.
• Comfortable in a team environment.
